Initial Meeting

We will schedule a meeting at your location to discuss the project. This meeting will serve as an opportunity for us to gather your design ideas and accurately document all the necessary measurements. We highly appreciate your input and eagerly anticipate a close collaboration with you throughout the entire project. Our objective is to ensure a comprehensive understanding of your vision and requirements for the project.

 

Design Review

Our team will carefully review the notes from the initial meeting and proceed to create a comprehensive design layout. Once the design layout is completed, we will promptly send it for your approval and confirm the pricing.

After receiving approval on the design layout and pricing, our team will begin the development phase. We will work diligently to bring your vision to life, ensuring that every detail is meticulously executed. Throughout the process, we will keep you updated on the progress and address any feedback or revisions you may have. Our goal is to deliver a final product that fulfills your requirements and exceeds your expectations.

 

Fabricate/Install

The project will be fabricated according to the specifications outlined in the design review. Upon completion of the fabrication process, we will reach out to you to coordinate the delivery and installation of the project. Our team will work closely with you to find a suitable time that aligns with your schedule and minimizes any disruption to your schedule.

Types Of Rails


Rails are comprised of top cap, legs and either horizontal or vertical bars / or glass panels.

Classic Horizontal Rail: the top cap and the legs match in dimension, typically a 1” by 2” rectangular tubing, paired with a .5” by .5” horizontal picket.

Classic Vertical Rail: Identical in material dimension to the horizontal rail, but with a 1” by 2” bottom tube to capture the vertical pickets.

Glass Panel Rail: 1” by 2” rectangular tubing frames with welded clips to retain glass panels, glass is 1/4″ flat edge polished for standard applications.

Custom Rail: All classic and Glass rails can be upgraded with your desired dimension of material, and unique design.

Types Of Awnings

Flat Sheet Awnings: Made from 16g aluminum, with bends to give structural rigidity, this awning diverts water to either the left or right of the covered area.

Guttered Awnings: Aluminum frame with an internally welded gutter system allows the connection of a downspout. Frames are either made from channel, or rectangular tubing.

Stair Options

Floating Stairs: Dual steel channel stairs, open riser design.

Single Beam Stairs: A heavy duty steel tube with welded tread plates.
